Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
  • You can provide proof of purchase or your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Gift cards, if applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review your request and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund if your claim is approved.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We are happy to replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact our customer support team.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is for any other eligible reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process after delivery.
